Recognized for assessing corporate needs and developing solutions to enhance performance, remove barriers and drive employee’s satisfaction and corporate engagement. Resourceful and well-organised with excellent leadership and team building record.  She has held senior positions in the HR department with Amazon and other now champions the people and culture division at well known E-Commerce company.
