The Career Services Department is committed to provide beneficial career and job placement services that empower Capital students at every stage of their career development and lead to fulfilling careers that allow them to make a big impact in their chosen fields. Also, the department handles connections between students, graduates, and employers in the sphere of career planning, development, and lifelong learning.

These career trainings are scheduled in coordination to the respective departments.
Job Referrals and Industry Linkages
The Career Services Department established linkages with numerous companies from various industries to assist graduates who are seeking employment and companies who are in need of highly qualified and trained employees.
Job Fairs and On-Site Hiring Events
Job fairs are held towards the end of each academic year. On the other hand, on-site hiring events are held per the hiring company’s request.
