Exploring the Hospitality World: Marriott’s Voyage Program at Capital University College

Last November 22, 2023, Capital University College had the opportunity to host Ms. Rima Pradhan, Talent Programs and Event Manager – EMEA for a discussion on the Marriott Voyage Program. Ms. Rima aims to inspire the youth and share about the wonderful opportunities at Marriott International. 

Marriott’s Voyage Program is their 12-18-month program that aims to fast-track students who are interested in getting into leadership with wonderful mentorship opportunities, coaching, and development opportunities with Marriott International. 

Throughout the event, the students got insights into the program’s offerings and the experiences it provides. Ms. Rima’s presentation and discussions created a lively learning environment, which helped the students imagine their future careers in hospitality. 

Following the presentation, the students were provided with an opportunity to inquire about the Marriott Voyage Program and its requirements. They had the chance to seek clarification on various aspects of the program and understand the eligibility and criteria for them to take the program.

Moreover, Ms. Rima offered valuable advice to students as they prepare for their journey in the hospitality industry. Her guidance and insights served as a source of encouragement, which empowered students to navigate the opportunities that lie ahead in their careers.
