#CampusTalk with Mrs. Nada El Gazzar

January 23, 2024: “Talk on Empowering Minds: Navigating the Path to Excellence Through Effective Communication in Education”

Mrs. Nada El Gazzar, an accomplished Excellence Advisor, Senior Assessor & Team Leader with the UAE Government. She is not only a seasoned professional in her field, but also an NLP Trainer and the CEO of UpskillX Advisory and Coaching. 

Last January 23, 2024, the #CampusTalk series featured Mrs. Nada El Gazzar, where she explored how effective communication can be a catalyst for achieving excellence in the academic journey and techniques and tools for maintaining effective communication not only in education setup but also for their personal life.

Throughout her experience, she has dedicated herself to pursuing excellence and effective communication in education, this is why, the students of Capital University College were delighted to hear from her. 

During her session, she emphasized the importance of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and how can it help individuals in communication excellence such as: a) the importance of managing emotional state; b) building rapport; c) outcome-oriented thinking and knowing what one wants; d) analyzing feedbacks; and e) flexibility as the ability to change one’s behavior. 

Furthermore, she encouraged the students to share the insights they gained from the session and participate in the Open Forum by asking questions. The students have been actively responding and engaging in discussions. 

Overall, Mrs. Nada’s session was considered as transformative and meaningful one, as she inspired the students to embrace the principles of excellence and effective communication and to always keep faith in themselves that a positive change is doable.
