* The Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management is an exit qualification issued to the student, should the student decide to complete 60 ECTS and formally exit the program.
Course Content
One-Year MBA Program
MBA Human Resource Management under WEST Business School (Europe) covers specialized disciplines that bring a broader perspective of business and Human Resource Management concepts. During a one-year fast track MBA, you will cover seven main modules and a Dissertation. Students who complete the coursework will receive the Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management should they choose to exit. However, completing the program will make them eligible for the MBA Human Resource Management degree. The program can be completed in 9-12 months.

Entry Requirements
The entry requirements for the MBA Human Resource Management programme under WEST Business School (Europe) are given below:
General Requirements:

- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University OR a Level 6 Qualification from a certified awarding or professional body equivalent to an undergraduate degree.
- English Language Proficiency: Candidates who are non-native speakers of the English language or have not studied their undergraduate in English must undertake the IELTS at 6.5 or above The English language proficiency requirement may be waived if the student is a native speaker of English and/or they have completed their secondary education in a country where English is the official language or English was the language of instruction where they graduated.
- Proficiency in operating Office software, especially Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Be conversant with operating email and search engines.
Mature Entry Option: Students without a bachelors will go through the mature entry option, where by they must meet their requirement:

- Mature Entry: For mature students not holding an undergraduate degree but instead a level 5 or equivalent qualification with over 10 years of work experience in business, managing a team of professionals, and who demonstrate the ability to succeed in the MBA program, an RPL will be conducted to judge their direct entry into the MBA program.
- Applicants holding recognised L7 Diploma: Students already holding a level 7 diploma from a recognized awarding body may apply for RPL of their academic qualifications to gain entry into top-up units of the MBA. The applicant may get up to 60 ECTS (120 UK Credits) exempted towards the MBA. They would be required to do the 30 ECTS (60 UK Credits), including the dissertation.
Progression:
Graduates of the Master of Business Administration degree specialising in Human Resource Management are prepared to move to middle—to senior-level strategic positions in commercial and non-commercial organizations. Graduates also have the opportunity to move into the Doctor of Business Administration degree with Westcliff University, California, USA.
