Nashwa obtained her Bachelor degree from the American University of Sharjah. Shortly after graduation, she worked in the marketing and sales field for more than four years. Afterwards, she obtained her Master degree from Florida State University, during which, she was teaching public speaking, advertising, and public relations to students in Florida State University.

Upon completing her master degree, she returned back to Dubai to teach in a couple of Universities in addition to working in an advertising agency. Currently, Nashwa participates in international conferences to present her research and she is in process of applying for PhD.

Nashwa is working with Capital College for over 2 years now.
