Capital College’s partner University – North Wales Business School Glyndwr University leaves a strong footprint in the areas of student satisfaction and employment prospects performance

One of the UAE’s best education providers, Capital College is proud to announce North Wales Business School Glyndwr University’s achievements where they have showcased wonderful results in the areas of student satisfaction and employment prospects. The National Student Survey (NSS) and The Higher Education Statistics Authority organization in the UK have revealed that 87% of their students are completely satisfied with the teaching of the overall course. It was also seen that students regard Glyndwr University above average on various measures taken during the year. 

In the region, every final-year graduate is expected to undertake this survey where they express their thoughts and reviews on diverse aspects such as questions about their university experience, teaching and structure of the course, and the academic support they are provided during their study. Some of the ratings that exceeded above average in both the UK and Welsh include – Teaching on my course, academic support, assessment and feedback, student union scales, and student voice. 

Survey respondents from eleven courses received overall satisfaction from 90% of their students out of which four courses were rated 100% satisfaction. The University ranked Top in Wales where they received overall satisfaction in History and Computer & Games Animation. Others subjects which received appreciation include Counseling, Forensic and Archaeological Sciences, Nursing (Non-Specific), History, Psychotherapy & Occupational Therapy, Social Work & Sociology. Out of these subjects both Forensic & Archaeological Sciences and Nursing (Non-Specific) received top performance rating across all areas. 

On the other hand, another report was circulated by the Higher Education Authority’s Graduate Outcomes Survey showcased Glyndwr to be a top-ranked Higher Education Institute in Wales especially for students securing employment after graduation. The study further revealed that 84% of graduates were either employed or were offered internships out of which 10% were both working and pursuing further studies. In addition, Glyndwr is regarded to have ranked first for providing employment (full-time and part-time) avenues for undergraduates as well as postgraduates in Wales.
